•All Elyana pieces are (handcrafted) using precious metals such as (925 sterling silver and gold). Natural variations in shape, texture, and finish are part of the design and not considered defects. Many items are (made to order).

 3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Payment may be made online or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or COD approval.

 4. Orders & Processing

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Made-to-order items require production time before shipping.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

 5. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary by location.
• Elyana is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

 6. Returns & Resizing

•Returns are accepted only for resizing, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
•Resizing is allowed only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the order and is subject to additional fees.
•Items must be unworn and in original condition.
•Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable.
•Return and resizing shipping fees may apply.

 7. Care & Responsibility

•Normal wear is expected. Elyana is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, impact, or misuse.

 8. Intellectual Property

•All designs, images, and content are the property of (Elyana) and may not be used without permission.

 9. Governing Law

•These Terms are governed by the laws of (Egypt).
